The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Slender throws a one two combo.

It looks like Arabian Beattie has been cut.

Slender throws a left that rocks Beattie and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Slender dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Beattie regain composure!

Slender wants to control for a moment but Beattie uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.

Slender is looking to control Beattie's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Slender avoid being mounted?

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

Beattie stands up from Slender's guard - Beattie perhaps looking for a knockout.
Beattie fails to land with a series of punches.
King Slender is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Slender bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Beattie's head backwards.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Slender drops Beattie with a nice combination! Slender dives into Beattie's guard, looking to finish!

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

and Slender counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

Slender knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Beattie on the ground.

Beattie stands and steps away. Slender gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Arabian Beattie has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!

Slender stuffs the takedown.
Slender swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Slender lands with a thumping leg kick.
Beattie throws a head kick but Slender moves out of range.
Slender scores with a three punch combo!
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Beattie is looking to slow Slender down with leg kicks.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Slender.
Beattie tries to close the distance and clinch up but Slender swats him away and circles back towards the center.
King Slender is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Beattie connects with a solid leg kick.
Beattie walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Slender checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.

And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to King Slender.
Well I reckon that's a shut out for Slender, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
