The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Darby stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Darby looks gassed!
Black throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Black feints and as Darby raises his hands in defense, Black changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Black gets to his feet. Darby looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Black sends Darby crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Black is motioning to the referee to let Darby up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!
Darby misses with the combination.
Black tries to clinch up but Darby circles away and keeps his distance.
Black lands an uppercut, right on the button! Darby tumbles backwards into the cage, staring vacantly into space! He's got no idea where he is, who he is or what day it is... Poor guy.
