Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tyler Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Goran Kraljic (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goran Kraljic told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tyler Johnson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Goran Kraljic!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Chris Downing and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Some bone on bone action there as Kraljic checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.
Johnson tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Kraljic defends well and Johnson ends up having to push Kraljic into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Kraljic stuffs the takedown.
Johnson darts in looking for a takedown but Kraljic gets double underhooks and turns Johnson into the cage.
Kraljic tries to counter with a clinch but Johnson shakes him off and moves away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Tyler Johnson. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Johnson wants to clinch.
Kraljic jabs at Johnson's body.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Johnson is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Kraljic.

Kraljic fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Johnson is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Kraljic has cracked Johnson with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Kraljic lands another huge swinging hook and Johnson tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Johnson, before Kraljic can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Goran Kraljic!
