The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Gwen Towbar and Alan Glass.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Garcia catches Sargent with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Sargent misses with a takedown attempt - Garcia sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
Sargent takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Sargent throws a looping overhand right but Garcia ducks down to avoid it.
Garcia looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Sargent takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Raymon Garcia seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Sargent's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Garcia connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Sargent scrambles back to his feet.
No luck for Sargent with that takedown attempt.

Garcia really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Sargent. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Sargent cracks Garcia with a solid left hand.
Sargent postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.
Garcia escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Sargent gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Garcia is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Sargent will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

Garcia has momentary wrist control but Sargent slips an elbow through the middle.
Garcia told us pre-fight that he has been working on his escapes in training. Let's see if he can call on some of his new skills to get back to his feet.

Garcia wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
The fighters circling - Garcia throws out the jab but it was never going to land.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Sargent tries for a takedown but Garcia circles away easily
and Garcia connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.
A big left from Garcia misses.
As Garcia tries to get set, Sargent tries to push him back and clinch up but Garcia manages to avoid the attempt.
Sargent really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
Garcia bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Sargent's head backwards.
Garcia scores with a shot to the body.
The crowd cheers as Garcia lands an impressive looking overhand right. Sargent doesn't seem phased though.
Garcia lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

Sargent is rocked!
Garcia swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Sargent.
Oh Sargent is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Garcia connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Sargent gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Garcia gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Sargent is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
