Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zach Kirchner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and maarten aelterman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kirchner's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, voices by rev theroy. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
aelterman has his foot on Kirchner's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Kirchner works his way back into a safe position though.
aelterman can't keep his opponent in guard - Kirchner advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
Kirchner is looking to take a break and control but aelterman is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
aelterman is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
aelterman is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kirchner's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kirchner's back!

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Kirchner had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. aelterman is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Kirchner Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take aelterman's back instead.
aelterman covers up after taking a massive shot to the side of the head.

Kirchner lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

aelterman is displaying good submission defense - not really looking in danger of submitting to the rear naked choke at the moment. That could change in an instant of course if Kirchner gets his way!
