Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jonaton Manzo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jean Jacques Machado (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Manzo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Breaking Benjamin - Dance With The Devil. Machado has chosen Sound Of Madness - Shinedown as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jean Jacques Machado was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Arvi Lind and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Machado shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Manzo as he jumps to the side.
Manzo has managed to clinch.

Machado has Manzo pressed up against the ropes and is working for takedown. Manzo manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

Machado ties up his opponent against the ropes and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Machado no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Machado working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Manzo doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Manzo manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Manzo rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Machado moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Machado shoots for a double leg takedown but Manzo sprawls well. He's pushed Machado's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Machado looks gassed!
Machado shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Machado was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Machado stands up from the dominant position, so we're back on the feet.

Machado avoids a punch combination nicely.

Machado shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Manzo wants to control but Machado is having none of it.

Manzo tries to lock up and control but Machado gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Machado is going olschool here, as he tries to force Manzo to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Manzo shrugs it off.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Manzo stops Machado from taking his back. Still, being mounted isn't any better.

And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Machado shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Machado showed some decent athleticism there.
Machado is looking to take a break and control but Manzo is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.
Manzo wants to control but Machado is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Manzo knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Machado on the ground.

Machado has an Americana. Manzo didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Machado is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Machado hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
