The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Couture has managed to clinch.

Foreman lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Couture backs up against the cage.

Foreman gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Foreman wants to sweep here but Couture controlling him for the moment.
Couture with a flurry of punches that miss.
Foreman trying to keep a closed guard but Couture is proving a slippery customer.

The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.

Couture moves into the clinch.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Couture.

Couture has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Foreman clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
I would not like to be Foreman right now.

Couture tries to get the hooks in deep but Foreman pushed the leg off.
Couture keeps control of the position as Foreman tries to break free.
Couture looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Couture lands a shot to the head.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Couture not allowing Foreman to control his hands.
Foreman manages to escape to a better position under a series of strikes. Couture is now in side control.
Couture controlling the position from side mount.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Couture with the ground and pound but Foreman regains half guard under the barage of strikes.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Couture throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Foreman avoids a punch combination nicely.
Couture connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.

It looks like Joe Foreman has been cut.
Couture throws a hook but Foreman blocks it.

Couture rushes Foreman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.

Foreman breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Randall Couture seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
A combination from Couture does no damage.
Couture is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Foreman can do to turn this around?
Foreman closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Foreman 's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Couture connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Foreman scrambles back to his feet.

Couture moves in looking to clinch but Foreman pushes him off.
Couture lands a nice shot to the body.
Foreman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Foreman slips a jab and a cross from Couture.
Foreman takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.

Foreman lands with a straight right. Couture didn't see that one coming.

and Foreman counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Couture takes a swing at Foreman 's ribcage but misses.

Foreman connects with the punch.
Couture wants to clinch
and Foreman cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Foreman tries to move into range but Couture moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Foreman looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Couture throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
A cross from Couture lands.
Foreman misses with a double jab.
Couture throws a poor cross that misses
and Foreman counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Foreman moves into range and connects with a jab.
Couture could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Couture lands a nice looking body shot.

Foreman cracks Couture with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Foreman has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Couture to stand back up!

Couture is rocked!
Couture doesn't manage to clinch there - Foreman circles away.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Foreman ! But no joy.

Couture closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Couture lands with a short head shot on the inside.
Couture tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Couture as Foreman tries to tie him up.
Couture lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Foreman or not.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
A nice left hand lands by Couture.
Couture is looking for a takedown.

Foreman is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Couture keeps control of Foreman as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Couture blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Couture has hold of one of Foreman 's legs. Foreman is fighting the takedown attempt but Couture gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.

Foreman bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Couture's guard.

Couture pulls Foreman in to control the position.
Couture looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
Couture looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Foreman puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Couture wants to improve his position but Foreman is controlling well.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close second round but I would say that Randall Couture will probably get the nod.

and Foreman counters with a crisp one two that drops Couture! Foreman thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Couture to his feet! Couture is in big trouble!

Foreman feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Couture sprawling to the canvas! Couture rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Foreman finish him?!
Oh Couture is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Foreman bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Couture seems to have got his legs back now.

Foreman lands a big uppercut and Couture crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Couture looks OK. Foreman waves Couture back to his feet!
