Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the super heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Justin Lewis!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Holly Stackhouse!
The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Edson Gomes and Luis Engracia.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lewis drives through with a takedown into guard.
Lewis is pushing down on Stackhouse's leg trying to pass to half guard. Stackhouse is fighting to maintain full guard but Lewis has managed to sneak the leg through.
Lewis looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Stackhouse trying to hold on to Lewis's head to control him but Lewis postures up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Lewis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Stackhouse won't allow Lewis to pass to mount.
Lewis working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that.
Lewis is pressing down on Stackhouse's thigh, looking to free his foot. Stackhouse is holding on for now.

Stackhouse wants to control but Lewis is keeping busy and won't allow it.

Lewis is looking for a kimura but Stackhouse is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Lewis to get the leverage.

That's two minutes gone in the round.

Lewis lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.
Lewis takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
Lewis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Stackhouse's head.

Lewis is working for a kimura but Stackhouse is defending it quite comfortably.
Lewis content to sit in half guard and control for a moment.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Lewis not landing any meaningful shots this time.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Lewis.
Lewis has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
A lull in the action here as Lewis stalls from top position.

Lewis in side control, working for a kimura. He's got hold of an arm and he's torquing it... Stackhouse is tapping! That's the end of the fight!
