Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between James Neil (ranked 936 p4p, 127 weight class) and Furio Spartan (ranked 781 p4p, 107 weight class). Neil comes to the cage accompanied by Allman Brothers Band - Midnight Rider. The crowd seem to be enjoying Spartan's choice of entrance music: For Heavy Metal we will die!. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Neil is working on a single leg takedown against the cage. Spartan can't fight it off and eventually Neil manages to take the fight to the floor. Spartan looks annoyed but at least he's managed to land in guard.

Spartan is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Neil has his hands clasped together but Spartan extends and breaks Neil's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Spartan.

Furio Spartan tried to hype himself up post fight but didn't word it too well and it ended up with him sounding like a bit of a tool.
In defeat, James Neil stepped up to the mic, saying 'No comment.'.
