The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man stuffs the takedown attempt from Kinrog. Kinrog gets slowly back to his feet.
Man tries a head kick but it misses.
Kinrog shoots for a double leg takedown but Man sprawls well. He's pushed Kinrog's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Kinrog clinches up with Man and pushes him back against the cage.
Man fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Man is trying to stall.

Kinrog has had enough of the clinch but Man keeps him there for the moment.

Kinrog tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Man tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Kinrog smiles and moves away.
Kinrog wants to clinch up but Man keeps it at a distance.

Man wants to break free but Kinrog has control.
Man tries to stall but Kinrog uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Kinrog has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Man avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Kinrog has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Man uses from the top position.
Man wanted to stand there but Kinrog had control of the position.

Kinrog shoots in but Man avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Man darts in trying to clinch
and Kinrog cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

and Kinrog counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Man is lucky that one didn't land flush.
Kinrog closes the distance and clinches up with Man, looking for a takedown. Kinrog pushes Man against the cage but Man circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
