Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Liguy scores with a takedown into Davis's guard.
Davis looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Liguy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Davis is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Davis throws his legs up looking for a submission but Liguy uses it to pass to side control.

Davis is trying to work for a sweep but Liguy has mounted him!
Liguy trying to control but Davis is having none of it.
Davis is working to get back to half guard.

Liguy lands a shot to the body, followed up by a shot to the exposed head of his trapped opponent.
Davis is rocked!
Davis sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Liguy lands a nice short elbow.
Davis has hold of Liguy's hands but Liguy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow.
Davis wants to improve his position but Liguy is controlling well.
Liguy is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound.
Liguy wants to control but Davis is keeping him busy.
Davis has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Liguy. Oh but Davis has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Liguy goes limp - he's gone! Davis jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
