Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between derek jensen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Zoltan Pekhart (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). jensen comes to the cage accompanied by renegade. derek jensen has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are William Gold, James Ackerman and Steven Brown.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

jensen forces Pekhart back against the cage and clinches.
Pekhart tries to score a body lock takedown but jensen shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
jensen is working for takedown but Pekhart is calmly controlling the position for now.
Pekhart goes for a takedown in the clinch but jensen prevents it.

jensen's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Pekhart thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
jensen is pulling down on Pekhart's head. It's preventing any offense from Pekhart, at least for the moment.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
A kick lands to the mid section there for jensen.
jensen misses with a head kick.

jensen closes the distance and clinches up with Pekhart, looking for a takedown. jensen pushes Pekhart against the cage but Pekhart circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

Pekhart gets caught flat footed, as jensen shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.

Pekhart gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
jensen is breathing heavily.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
