The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hauser feints and then cracks Perkins's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Perkins down.
Hauser lands with a right hand.
Perkins throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Hauser will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Hauser lands a body shot.
Hauser jabs at Perkins's body.
Hauser stalks Perkins and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Perkins's face. Perkins staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Slim Perkins has been cut.
A left lands for Hauser.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Hauser defending well as Perkins loads up on a big left hand.
Hauser seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Hauser.
Hauser digs a good hook to Perkins's body.
Perkins looks winded!
Hauser scores with a nice strike.
Perkins goes for a double leg but Hauser avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Hauser continues to drive forward.
Hauser cracks Perkins with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Perkins falls to his knees and Hauser doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
