Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between George Bush (ranked 3179 p4p, 115 weight class) and Jared Williams (ranked 3669 p4p, 129 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Jared Williams was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Jared Williams!
The judges for this bout are Tarja Halkonen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bush fails to land with a series of punches.
Bush fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

Williams moves into the clinch successfully.
Bush goes for a takedown in the clinch but Williams prevents it.
Williams blocks an elbow strike from Bush.
Williams gets underhooks to prevent Bush's takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for George Bush. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Williams gets underhooks to prevent Bush's takedown attempt.
Williams has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Bush after a bit of a struggle.
Bush slows down the pace here.
Bush tries to score a body lock takedown but Williams shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Williams wants to get back to striking at distance but Bush won't allow it.
Bush is looking to take this one to the mat.

Williams wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Bush has him pressed against the cage.
Bush is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.
Bush drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Williams gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Bush is breathing heavily.
Bush misses with a short punch on the inside.
Williams looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Bush is looking to take this one to the mat.
Williams is pressed up against the cage. Bush has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Williams down to the mat. Williams avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.
Danga de danga de dang - Williams scores with a four punch combination!


It looks like George Bush has been cut.
Williams throws a front kick aimed at Bush's knee but Bush avoids it well.
Jared Williams is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Williams misses with a head kick.
Bush looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
Williams lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.
Williams is throwing a storm of strikes! Right hook, left hook and follows it up with a spinning back fist! Bush hits the canvas like a rag doll! And just like that, this one is over!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Jared Williams!
