Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dan Roy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jay Bling (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bling has chosen The Coolest - Lupe Fiasco as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are William Peck, Ian Loll and Robert Douchet.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Roy scores with a takedown into Bling's guard.

Bling is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bling is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Roy is controlling him.

Roy wants to control from the top but Bling keeps moving.
Bling striking off his back but it's not causing Roy any problems.

Bling had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Roy is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Bling Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Roy's back instead.

Roy turns into Bling and is now in his guard.
Bling keeping moving, preventing Roy from controlling successfully.
Roy postures up in Bling's guard and throws a big left but Bling blocks it.

Bling is looking for a triangle but Roy pushes his legs off easily.

Roy stands up from Bling's guard - Roy perhaps looking for a knockout.
Roy shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Bling as he jumps to the side.

Roy looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

Bling looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into mount! Oh, that's bad for Roy!
Bling looks gassed!
Bling pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.
Roy wants to hold on but Bling pushes him away.
Bling lands a big elbow.
Roy is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Roy is looking to get to half guard.

Bling wants to finish this one by submission but Roy is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Bling.

Bling goes for an armbar but Roy turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Roy.
Roy might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground.
Bling wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Roy manages to pass to side control.
Roy works his foot free and advances to mount.

Roy could do with loosing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.
Bling is trying to stand up.
Roy manages to capitalize on a mistake by Bling to take his back!
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

A close round but Jay Bling will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Bling swats away the attempt to clinch by Roy.

Bling forces Roy back against the cage and clinches.
Roy prevents the takedown attempt.
A short right from Bling on the inside.
Roy trying to stall but Bling improves his position.
Roy tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Bling smiles and moves away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Roy throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Bling throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Roy.

and Bling holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Bling breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Bling throws a right and a left that Roy avoids nicely.

Bling closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Bling lands in his opponent's guard.

Bling is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.

Bling drops back looking for a leg! Roy is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Roy manages to kick Bling off! Bling jumps back into Roy's guard.

Bling gets to his feet - Roy follows without any prompting.

Bling drops back, looking for a kneebar! Roy looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Roy looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Roy!

Roy wants to control for a moment but Bling uses the opportunity to move back to half guard.
Roy is trying to maintain the position but Bling is very close to passing his half guard.
Roy throws a sloppy strike from the bottom. He's now off balance and Bling manages to pass to side control.
Roy takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Roy sneaks a leg under to get back to half guard.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Bling wants to work for an arm triangle but Roy is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.
Bling thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Roy to regain full guard.

Roy looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Bling wants to stand but Roy has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Bling stands and steps away. Roy gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.
Dan Roy is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Roy moves into the clinch.

Jay Bling showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Bling is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Roy sees it coming and defends easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Bling slips a nice elbow through Roy's hands, connecting with Roy's forehead.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Roy fails with the takedown
and Bling cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Bling slips under a jab from Roy.
Roy takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Roy shoots in but Bling avoids the takedown attempt easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Dan Roy. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Bling gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Roy has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Bling is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

Bling breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Bling shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Bling was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Bling gets to his feet and calls his opponent to stand. Here come the fireworks!
Bling tries to bum rush Roy with a series of wild strikes but Roy uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Roy throws out a leg kick but Bling moves out of range and Roy only half commits.

Well Bling has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
