The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DeAngelis darts in and out, connecting with a jab.
Some wild striking there from DeAngelis.
DeAngelis takes the fight into the clinch.
Armstrong jumps guard but DeAngelis stands there with Armstrong around his waist. Armstrong gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
DeAngelis has had enough of the clinch but Armstrong keeps him there for the moment.
Armstrong breaks the clinch.
Horrible takedown attempt by DeAngelis or perhaps it was just good defense by Armstrong, which made it look bad.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
DeAngelis connects with a body shot that sends Armstrong's belly button to the back.
DeAngelis connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Armstrong's hands.

Armstrong is rocked!
Armstrong leaves his chin hanging out and DeAngelis seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Armstrong crumbles to the floor in a heap! The referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
