Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mike Hills (ranked 5935 p4p, 637 weight class) and Ward Rand (ranked 23424 p4p, 806 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mike Hills!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ward Rand!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Lombardi, Reed Andrews and Steve Montenegro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rand throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Hills's waist but Hills gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Rand off to one side.
Hills throws an overhand right from the outside, which connects and sends Rand stumbling backwards into the cage! Rand bounces back off the cage towards Hills, who cracks him with a two punch combination that drops him to his knees! Hills lands two more shots before the referee has chance to intervene - what a finish! Hills celebrates with his corner as the crowd cheer loudly.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:10 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punches). Mike Hills!
In his post fight interview, Mike Hills started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
