The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
De La Romana looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

De La Romana changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Michaels looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Michaels is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
De La Romana tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it.
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
