Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Jackson darts in and clinches Mckee up against the cage.
Jackson is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Mckee gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Jackson tries to pull guard but Mckee holds him up against the cage and eventually Jackson drops back down to his feet.
Jackson misses with a punch to the body.
Jackson throws a knee to the head but misses.

Mckee successfully pulls guard.
Mckee has Jackson pulled in close to control his posture.

Mckee is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Jackson is aware though and is defending well.

Jackson got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mckee has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Jackson has managed to get both his arms back between Mckee's legs - danger averted.

Jackson had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Mckee defends it easily.

Jackson shoots in and drives through. Mckee sprawls well.

Aaron Jackson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jackson tries to close the distance and clinch up but Mckee swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Mckee shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Jackson as he jumps to the side.

Mckee feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Jackson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Mckee. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

The referee warns Jackson that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
