Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Dzintis Kohs (ranked 6555 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tiago Gomes Da Rocha (ranked 6850 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Kohs might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Anberlin - The Resistance. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kohs fails in his attempt to clinch.
Da Rocha wants to counter with a clinch but Kohs pushes him away.
A combination from Da Rocha does no damage.
Some wild striking there from Da Rocha.
Kohs lands a jab to the head.
Kohs rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Da Rocha moves into the clinch.
Kohs is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage.

Da Rocha tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Da Rocha throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Kohss head.

Kohs's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
Kohs throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Da Rocha.
Kohs loads up on a big right hand but Da Rocha slips the punch.
Da Rocha scores with a jab to the jaw of his opponent.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Kohs tries to break free but Da Rocha pushes him back against the cage.
Kohs wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Da Rocha lands a right hand that snaps the head of Kohs backwards.
Kohs wants to break free but Da Rocha has control.
Da Rocha lands with a right to the head.
Kohs is rocked!
A nice right hand lands inside from Da Rocha.
Oh Kohs is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Da Rocha lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Da Rocha dips a shoulder and cracks Kohs with a mighty uppercut! Kohs falls back against the cage and Da Rocha unloads with a barrage of strikes! Kohs is completely out with his eyes open, only supported by the cage! Save him ref! Eventually the ref decides to do his job and jumps in - Da Rocha screams abuse at the incompetent official before going over to celebrate with his corner. Brutal stuff!
