The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The crowd cheers as Tyler lands an impressive looking overhand right. Buckholtz doesn't seem phased though.

Tyler scores with a crisp jab that stopped Buckholtz in his tracks.
George Tyler seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Buckholtz shoots for a double leg takedown but Tyler sprawls well. He's pushed Buckholtz's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Buckholtz ducks right into an uppercut from Tyler.

Tyler has closed the distance and engaged Buckholtz in a clinch.
Tyler throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Buckholtzs head.

Buckholtz gets tackled into the cage by Tyler. Tyler maintains the clinch.

Buckholtz misses with a knee to the head.
Tyler lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Buckholtz backwards.
Still in the clinch, Tyler scores with a nice short uppercut.
Tyler lands a shoulder strike.

Tyler is defending well against a takedown attempt.

Buckholtz is looking to control Tyler's arms but Tyler gets an underhook and turns him. Now Buckholtz has his back to the cage.
Tyler scores with a nice hook to the head.

Tyler drops Buckholtz onto one knee with a big uppercut from the clinch! Buckholtz is propped up by the cage and works his way back to his feet!
Buckholtz is still on wobbly legs! Can Tyler finish him?
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Tyler lands a body punch.
Tyler using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Buckholtz has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Tyler lands an uppercut in the clinch that drops Buckholtz to his knees! Tyler keeps firing more shots against his stricken opponent and the referee jumps in to save him!
