Samedzade comes to the cage accompanied by Eminem - Till I Collapse. Zelaya has chosen A.B.C as his entrance music. This should be a great matchup!

The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Illya Tyunina.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Samedzade shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Zelaya as he avoids it easily.
Samedzade fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.
Zelaya throws a counter combo.
Samedzade stuffs the takedown attempt from Zelaya. Zelaya gets slowly back to his feet.
Danga de danga de dang - Samedzade scores with a four punch combination!
Samedzade scores with a nice body kick.
A head kick by Samedzade misses
and Zelaya holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.
Samedzade pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Zelaya is looking to control Samedzade's arms but Samedzade gets an underhook and turns him. Now Zelaya has his back to the cage.

Samedzade is trying to pull guard but Zelaya turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Samedzade gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Zelaya.
Zelaya has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Samedzade avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.

Samedzade decides to pull guard.
Zelaya working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Samedzade's head.
Samedzade lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.
Zelaya has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Samedzade trying to control the position from guard on top but Zelaya is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Samedzade seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Samedzade has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Zelaya is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Samedzade accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Zelaya is working an open guard so Samedzade takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Zelaya scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Zelaya shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Samedzade as he jumps to the side.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Zabit Samedzade will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Samedzade is defended easily by Zelaya.
Samedzade rushes Zelaya and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
Zelaya manages to break the clinch.

Zelaya wants to counter the offense by Samedzade and move into the clinch position.

Samedzade keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Zelaya lands a big head kick that sends Samedzade tumbling to the mat! Zelaya takes a step backwards and waves Samedzade back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Samedzade is rocked!
I'm just looking down at my notes here and I see that.... oh! Zelaya has cracked Samedzade with a big right, followed by a left! He's out on his feet! Zelaya lands another huge swinging hook and Samedzade tumbles to the canvas! The ref dives in to save Samedzade, before Zelaya can land any more shots!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:44 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Sammy Zelaya!
Sammy Zelaya decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well.
