The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gambino moves into the clinch.

Hawkins lands a nice trip takedown into half guard.

Gambino clinches up with Hawkins and pushes him back against the cage.

Hawkins has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Gambino wants to take the fight to the mat but Hawkins manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch.
Gambino is trying to work for a single leg takedown but Hawkins pulls him back up using the underhooks.

Hawkins tightens his grip and picks Gambino up, before dumping him to the ground. Gambino manages to land in guard.

Gambino quickly switches to an armbar and extends the arm! Hawkins has no choice but to tap, to a very quick submission! Wow, that was lightning fast! Gambino celebrates on the cage, with the crowd.
