Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Edward Bravie (ranked 1193 p4p, 152 weight class) and Bjorn Finnur (ranked 2989 p4p, 352 weight class). Bjorn Finnur is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Finnur shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Bravie as he avoids it easily.
Bravie went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.

Finnur dives in and scores a takedown into Bravie's guard.
Finnur wants to pass the guard but Bravie is keeping the position.
Finnur looking to sit in guard and control but Bravie gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.

Finnur is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Bravie is aware though and is defending well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bravie stands up over Finnur, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.

Finnur is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Bravie defends well.

Finnur isolates an arm and boxes in a triangle. Bravie stacks Finnur on his neck as he steps over and passes to the side. He's now in a much more dominant position where he can look to do some serious damage. Nice move by Bravie!

Finnur tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Bravie wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Finnur gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Bravie looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Finnur is looking for a sweep. Bravie is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.

Bjorn Finnur's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Bjorn Finnur's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
