Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jorge Morueco (ranked 412 p4p, 58 weight class) and Taiga Jim (ranked 210 p4p, 35 weight class). Morueco comes to the cage accompanied by The Pretender. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

We've been hearing reports that Morueco has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Morueco lands with an overhand left.
Jim slips a straight right by Morueco.
A looping hook to the body misses from Jim. Morueco does a little dance to reset his feet.
Jim scores with a crisp jab that stopped Morueco in his tracks.
Morueco misses with an uppercut. Jim saw that one coming.
Morueco lands with a right hand.
Jim throws a sloppy head kick and Morueco moves out of range easily.
Morueco changes levels looking for a counter takedown but doesn't commit.
Morueco looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jim swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Jim throws a right hand that misses
and Morueco counters with a thumping low kick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Jim connects with a jab.
Morueco rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Jim counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jim misses with a body punch
and Morueco counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Jim lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Morueco is rocked!
Are you kidding me?! Jim ducked down and unloaded an uppercut from hell that sent Morueco clean off his feet! Someone make me a GIF - that's knockout of the night for sure!
