Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ernie Quick (ranked 3258 p4p, 435 weight class) and Marcin Vanna (ranked 4377 p4p, 526 weight class). I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quick gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Vanna tries to pull guard but Quick won't allow it.
A nice left hand lands by Quick.
Quick swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Quick throws a punch but it's blocked by Vanna.

Quick has Vanna pressed against the cage, preventing Vanna from circling away and getting back to striking at range.

Vanna moves into the clinch successfully.

Vanna jumps guard but Quick turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.

Quick lands a right hand that snaps the head of Vanna backwards.

Vanna jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Quick walks away with a smile on his face. Vanna gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Vanna shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Quick pinned against the cage. Quick gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Vanna seems to have recovered his senses.

Quick fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Vanna, pushing him back against the cage.
Vanna jumps guard and drags Quick to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

Quick is posturing up here but Vanna has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Quick tries to roll out but it's too tight and Quick has to tap! Slick submission there by Vanna!

A less than humble Marcin Vanna misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
