The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ryan shoots in for a double leg but Sudo sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
Sudo moves into the clinch successfully.
Ryan is trying to pull guard but Sudo turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.

Ryan tries to pull guard but Sudo won't allow it.
Aoki Sudo has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Nicky Ryan.

Ryan is still on wobbly legs! Can Sudo finish him?
Sudo closes the distance and clinches.
Sudo throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Ryans head.
Sudo gets through Ryan's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head.
Sudo creates some distance for himself and unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Ryan's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Ryan drops to his knees and Sudo pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:48 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Aoki Sudo!
