And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Forrest pushes Lowe up against the cage in a clinch.
Lowe misses with a hook from the clinch.
Lowe leaning against his opponent.

Forrest pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.

Forrest takes the fight into the clinch.
Lowe trying to stall but Forrest improves his position.
Lowe slows down the pace here.

Forrest's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Lowe shoots in and gets a takedown into Forrest's guard.

Forrest manages to wriggle out and sneak his way back up to his feet, so the fighters are now clinched up against the cage.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Lowe is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Forrest breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lowe fails with the takedown.

Forrest gets in close and instigates a clinch.
Forrest misses with a knee strike.
Lowe goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Forrest blocks a punch to the side of the head.

Forrest breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Forrest tries to bum rush Lowe with a series of wild strikes but Lowe uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
As Forrest looks to move away, Lowe throws a big counter combo but Forrest just gets out of the way.
Forrest misses with a wild combination.
Lowe throws a counter high kick but Forrest was just alert enough to avoid it.
Forrest lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.

It looks like Linwood Lowe has been cut.
Forrest connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Lowe covering up! Forrest comes in with a big uppercut and Lowe goes doooown! He's slumped up against the cage, eyes staring blankly into space.
