The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Golovkin misses with a combination
and Henry counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Henry.
Golovkin misses with a hook to the ribs.
Golovkin stalling in the clinch but Henry improves position.
Henry looking to throw knees to the head but Golovkin is blocking nicely.

Henry's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Henry tries to score with some ground and pound. Golovkin controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Henry lands with a thumping leg kick.

Golovkin feints and as Henry raises his hands in defense, Golovkin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Henry is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Golovkin presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Golovkin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Golovkin throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Henry was covering up waiting for the punch and Golovkin finishes the takedown easily into guard.
Henry has his feet on Golovkin's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Golovkin swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Nice takedown defense from Golovkin. No joy for Henry on that attempt.

Henry looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Golovkin connects with a body shot.
Golovkin tries to close the distance and clinch up but Henry swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Golovkin feints and as Henry raises his hands in defense, Golovkin changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Golovkin wants to stand but Henry has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Golovkin gets to his feet. Henry looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
Danga de danga de dang - Golovkin scores with a four punch combination!
Henry is rocked!
Golovkin moves into the clinch successfully.
Oh Henry is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Golovkin scores with a nice hook to the head.
Golovkin breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Golovkin throws an overhand right that has Henry reeling! Golovkin follows up with more punches and Henry is out cold! This one is all over!

Gennady Golovkin decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
