The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bagatur takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Bagatur gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Bagatur takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Bagatur moves to clinch but Golovkin breaks away
letting Golovkin counter with a right hand.
Bagatur has his takedown stuffed
enabling Golovkin to counter with a crisp jab.
Golovkin connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Golovkin stuns Bagatur with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.

and Golovkin counters with a right hand to the body.
Vadim Golovkin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Boris Bagatur.

and Golovkin counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt.
Golovkin lands a slapping body shot.
Bagatur looks winded!

Bagatur drops his hands momentarily and Golovkin takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Golovkin lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Bagatur at a distance.
Bagatur doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Bagatur takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Golovkin connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Golovkin seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Nice uppercut there from Golovkin.

Bagatur is rocked!
Bagatur looks up at the clock. Bad move! Golovkin lands a right hand from hell, dropping Bagatur. Golovkin pounces and finishes the fight with a flurry of punches and elbows.
