Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brain Buro (ranked 2118 p4p, 236 weight class) and Kang Xi Jia (ranked 1623 p4p, 184 weight class). Buro's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Brian Boro`s March. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Buro cracks Xi Jia with a good jab.
A combination from Xi Jia does no damage.

Buro lands a jab.

Xi Jia swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Buro throws a lazy right hand but Xi Jia sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Buro goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo.
Xi Jia moves in looking to clinch but Buro pushes him off.
Xi Jia missing with a left hand there. Buro was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Buro swings for the body but Xi Jia moves out of range.
Buro swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Buro cracks Xi Jia with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Buro on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Xi Jia forces Buro back against the cage and clinches.
Buro is trying to break the clinch but Xi Jia is controlling him.
Xi Jia has Buro pressed against the cage, preventing Buro from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Xi Jia swings away with an uppercut that misses.

Xi Jia lands with a light punch inside.
Buro wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Xi Jia has him pressed against the cage.
Xi Jia lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Buro or not.
Xi Jia prevents Buro from breaking the clinch.

Buro is trying to force a seperation but Xi Jia has the dominant position.
Xi Jia lands a right hand that snaps the head of Buro backwards.

Buro throws out a loose jab but Xi Jia uses good head movement to avoid it.
Xi Jia is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own.

Buro rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
and Xi Jia counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Buro is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches.
Xi Jia stalks Buro and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Buro's face. Buro staggers backwards, shaken.
Buro is rocked!
Xi Jia shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Buro is out cold and this one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Slam). Kang Xi Jia!
During a confident post fight interview, Kang Xi Jia thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
