The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Morrison throws a head kick that misses.
Morrison lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Nilfheim fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nilfheim tries to clinch but Morrison moves out of range.
Nilfheim fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nilfheim wants to clinch up but Morrison keeps it at a distance.
Chris Nilfheim seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Nilfheim tries to clinch there but Morrison circles away.
Nilfheim definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Morrison looks for the body kick but Nilfheim saw that one coming.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Morrison blocks a couple of punches on the inside.
Nilfheim tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.

Morrison stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
Nilfheim is breathing heavily.

Nilfheim tries to circle away but Morrison has him pinned against the cage.
Nilfheim takes an elbow to the temple.


It looks like Chris Nilfheim has been cut.
A short right hand to the side of the head by Morrison.

A short uppercut from Morrison.

Morrison lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.


Nilfheim is rocked!
Morrison throws a big uppercut that drops Nilfheim! More strikes from Morrison and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Nilfheim lies dazed against the cage as Morrison celebrates with his cornermen!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:53 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kilk Morrison!
Kilk Morrison seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
