Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ibrahim Suleyman (ranked 1690 p4p, 232 weight class) and Leon Cotton (ranked 4965 p4p, 545 weight class). Cotton is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Humble by: Kendrick Lamar. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Suleyman is looking to land body kicks.

Suleyman stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
We've been told by Suleyman's head coaches at Tosen's Home for Lost Boys that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Leon Cotton seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Cotton shoots in for a takedown but Suleyman shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Cotton darts in looking for a takedown but Suleyman gets double underhooks and turns Cotton into the cage.

Suleyman jabs Cotton right on the nose. Cotton blinks but takes it well.
Suleyman dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Cotton. That did some damage!

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Suleyman cracks Cotton with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Cotton looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Suleyman finish him?

It looks like Leon Cotton has been cut.

and Suleyman counters with a stiff right hand.
Horrible takedown attempt by Cotton or perhaps it was just good defense by Suleyman, which made it look bad.
A counter left hand to the body from Suleyman misses its target.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Suleyman.
Suleyman connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Suleyman is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.

Suleyman drops Cotton with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Cotton looks back up at him and smiles so Suleyman waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Cotton looks for a takedown but Suleyman sprawls well.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.

Suleyman throws a pinpoint strike between Cotton's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Cotton crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Suleyman scores a great knockout victory!

In his post fight interview, Ibrahim Suleyman started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
In defeat, Leon Cotton stepped up to the mic, saying 'When I return it will be HELL to pay!!'.
