Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Matte Trimet (ranked 6236 p4p, 0 weight class) and King Phol (ranked 6660 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Trimet fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Trimet gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Trimet has closed the distance and engaged Phol in a clinch.

Trimet decides to pull guard.
Trimet wants to get back to his feet but Phol passes into half guard.

Phol is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Trimet doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Phol.
Trimet is trying to stand up here but Phol is controlling him well.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Phol looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Phol wants to work for an arm triangle but Trimet is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

Phol is working for a submission here. He's got hold of the far side arm and he's looking for a kimura. He's cranking on the arm and he's got it! Trimet is tapping out! Ouch, that looked like it hurt!
