The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Stevens avoids a punch combination nicely.
Nakayama tries to land a front kick but Stevens steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed.
Stevens lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Stevens.
Stevens doesn't manage to clinch there - Nakayama circles away.
