Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Algernon Cadwallader (ranked 2623 p4p, 265 weight class) and Dick Pound (ranked 1202 p4p, 131 weight class). Cadwallader 's entrance music is Algernon Cadwallader - Spit Fountain. A fine choice. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fighters circle momentarily. Cadwallader darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Pound has done a lot of speed work in the buildup to this fight.
Cadwallader tries to close the distance and clinch up but Pound swats him away and circles back towards the center.
Pound uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Cadwallader .

Cadwallader has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

Pound might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.

and Pound scores with a counter punch that sends Cadwallader to the canvas! Pound smells blood - he's punishing Cadwallader with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Cadwallader has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
