With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Alonzo Trotter!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Jeff Smith and Chris Saunders.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vanna fails with the takedown
and Trotter counters with a series of strikes. Vanna will be more careful next time no doubt.

and Trotter counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Trotter cracks Vanna with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.

Vanna is rocked!
Vanna shoots for a double leg takedown but Trotter sprawls well. He's pushed Vanna's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Trotter thuds a left hand into Vanna's body.
A jab from Trotter finds it's way through Vanna's defenses.
Oh Vanna is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Trotter prevents Vanna from getting back to his feet.

Vanna escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Trotter gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Vanna seems to have got his legs back now.
Trotter makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Trotter accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Trotter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Trotter has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

Trotter loads up on a big left hand. Vanna felt that one! He's just covering up now, not defending himself intelligently - Trotter looks towards the ref and unloads with 3 more big shots and the ref has no choice but to stop the fight! Vanna can't hide his disappointment, as Trotter celebrates the victory.
