The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Augusto misses with a jab, cross combination.
It looked like Abdullah was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.

Abdullah gets caught napping as Augusto dives in and scores a takedown. Abdullah manages to retain guard.
Augusto wants to stand but Abdullah has a closed guard, so he can't escape.

Augusto got a little sloppy there for a moment and Abdullah has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Augusto has managed to get both his arms back between Abdullah's legs - danger averted.

Augusto content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Abdullah has locked up a guillotine! Abdullah's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? Augusto is holding on here and Abdullah must be using up a lot of energy. Augusto has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Abdullah gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
