The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Lindsey tries to keep at a distance but Max has taken the fight into the clinch.

Max throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Lindsey tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Max is in Lindsey's guard.

Max shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Lindsey is trying to defend but Max finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Lindsey manages to escape and get back to his feet!
Lindsey changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Max tries to avoid it but Lindsey manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Max to the ground. Max escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Lindsey is trying to get back to his feet but Max has full control of the position and if anything, Lindsey has just worked his way into a worse spot.
