The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Johanna Lukiainen and Matti Vanhoillinen.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Leblanc drives through and clinches with Hassan against the cage.
Hassan jumps guard but Leblanc turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing.
A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.

Leblanc manages to pull guard.
Leblanc tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Leblanc is working hard here to advance position.
Leblanc wants to stand up but Hassan is controlling him.
Hassan wants to pass the guard but Leblanc is keeping the position.
Leblanc pulls Hassan in close to his closed guard and prevents Hassan from doing any damage or advancing position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Leblanc wants to stand but Hassan is controlling the position.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Leblanc working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Hassan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Hassan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.
Leblanc fails to land the takedown.
Hassan looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Leblanc is fending him off so far but Hassan persists. Nope, Leblanc circles away and we're back to standing.

Leblanc rushes Hassan and presses him up against the cage.

Leblanc's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hassan looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Leblanc is looking to counter with a shot to the body.
