PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Leo Yaj (ranked 1305 p4p, 134 weight class) and Pikku Näkäräinen (ranked 2113 p4p, 207 weight class). Yaj comes into the arena with Dragula - Rob Zombie blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yaj punishes Näkäräinen's body with a nice straight punch.
Näkäräinen avoids the body shot from Yaj.
Näkäräinen misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Näkäräinen gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Näkäräinen is looking to stand back up but Yaj counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Näkäräinen.

Näkäräinen is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Yaj is nestled in close to Näkäräinen, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Näkäräinen is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Näkäräinen wants to control but Yaj postures up.
Yaj creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Näkäräinen sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike.
Näkäräinen avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Yaj.
Näkäräinen takes a couple of big shots there - the referee warns him that he has to defend himself better.
Näkäräinen is still in real trouble! Can Yaj finish him?
Yaj cracks Näkäräinen with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Yaj immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Näkäräinen is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Yaj!
