Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Touko Pouko (ranked 1051 p4p, 53 weight class) and Byron Tipton (ranked 3498 p4p, 171 weight class). Touko Pouko is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 17 - 0, fighting out of New York, Touko Pouko!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Byron Tipton!
The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Dean Styles and Alyssa Summers.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tipton steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Pouko.
Sloppy strikes from Pouko. Those never looked like landing.
Tipton moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
Pouko bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Tipton takes a shot to the eye socket. That's gotta hurt.

Tipton shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Pouko manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Pouko is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

Tipton is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.

Pouko looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Tipton with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Tipton is looking to improve his position.

That was a close round but I would say that Touko Pouko will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!

Pouko takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away.
Tipton fails to land with a series of punches.
Pouko throws a body punch but Tipton moves out of range.
Pouko stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Pouko wants it to stay on the feet.

Pouko is looking to regain half guard here but Tipton keeps moving and retains side control.
Tipton wants to control but Pouko is keeping him busy.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tipton postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Pouko tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Tipton presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!

Pouko tries to lock up and control but Tipton gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Tipton misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.
Pouko is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Tipton lands a couple of good shots and Pouko has given up his back, trying to escape the position!
Pouko grimaces as he takes a shot to the body.
Tipton lands with a couple of good shots - one to the side of the head and one questionable shot that could be viewed as to the back of the head but the referee lets it go.

Tipton looking to break Pouko's wrist control so he can sink in the choke. Pouko remaining controlled and patient though - he really has to keep calm otherwise Tipton will wrap this one up with the rear naked choke!

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
