The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Henderson keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Jones has eaten all the pies!
Jones displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Henderson.
Jones takes a head kick and shrugs it off.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Henderson accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Henderson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Henderson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.
Jones has been taking part in the yoga sessions down at Cozad MMA Hilo. Presumably he's going to look for a slick submission... Or maybe he's looking to avoid one.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Henderson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jones's head.

Henderson has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Jones has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Henderson can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Jones is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Henderson defends it well.

Jones drops back looking for a submission - "I'm sorry sir, but I'm gunna break your leg" says Jones as he cranks on the unfortunate limb! Henderson screams and taps out before any major damage is done! Don't mess with Jones! Nice submission victory there!
