The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kelly keeps the fight on the outside.
Kelly avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Kelly pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Mclair throws a right and a left that Kelly avoids nicely.
Kelly misses with a series of wild punches.
Kelly tries a head kick but it misses.
Mclair decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
Kelly wants to control but Mclair is keeping busy and won't allow it.
Kelly makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Kelly misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Kelly thows a body shot but no joy.
Mclair wants to clinch up but Kelly keeps it at a distance.
Seth Mclair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Kelly throws a body punch but Mclair moves out of range.

Mclair throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kelly counters with a three punch combo that has Mclair backing up. Mclair nods at Kelly to acknowledge the strikes.
Kelly moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Mclair throws a left and a right that both miss
and Kelly makes him pay by landing a thudding low kick.
Mclair fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Mclair misses with a jab, cross combination.
Kelly keeps the fight on the outside.
Kelly explodes with a nice body kick and back out of range. Nice work.
Mclair is breathing heavily.
Kelly throws a right and a left that Mclair avoids nicely.
Mclair tries a head kick but it misses.
Kelly scores with a kick to the body.
Kelly lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Kelly scores with a jab to the head.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Kelly lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.
Kelly knocks Mclair to the floor with a head kick! Can he finish him!?
Mclair is rocked!
Kelly remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Oh Mclair is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!!
Mclair takes a big shot right to the temple there but he's taken it well.
Kelly decides to stand back up. Kelly steps back and let's Mclair get back to his feet.
Mclair seems to have got his legs back now.
Mclair stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Kelly.
Kelly thuds a left hand into Mclair's body.
Kelly listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.

Kelly lets loose with a powerful body kick. Mclair will feel that in the morning.
Kelly lands a nice hook to Mclair's body. Mclair takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Kelly fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Mclair on the side of the head.
Kelly connects with a right hand. Mclair shakes it off.
Whack! Kelly lands a heavy head kick that drops Mclair. The ref tackles Kelly to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Mclair was done.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Head Kick). Dexter Kelly!
