overeem lands a slapping body shot.
overeem circles away from the clinch attempt.
overeem paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
JJones tries to clinch but overeem is having none of it.
overeem tries to bum rush JJones with a series of wild strikes but JJones uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
overeem fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
overeem lands a nice hook to JJones's body. JJones takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
JJones shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has overeem pinned against the cage. overeem gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

overeem stalks JJones and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into JJones's face. JJones staggers backwards, shaken.

overeem catches JJones with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
overeem misses with the combination.
overeem drops JJones with a beautiful combination! JJones stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - overeem is looking for the KO!
JJones is rocked!
JJones wants to clinch up but overeem keeps it at a distance.

and JJones counters with a solid body kick.
overeem scores with a one two! JJones had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

overeem connects with a jab and follows up with a big overhand right! Oh that's hurt JJones! He's out on his feet! overeem rushes in and drops JJones with another big right hand, forcing the referee to stop the fight!
