Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cash moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Afzal displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Cash.
Afzal tries to counter by closing the distance.
Cash really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Afzal has Cash up against the cage in a clinch.
Cash is trying to break the clinch but Afzal has him pressed against the cage.

Afzal has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Cash regains guard immediately.
Afzal missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
Afzal not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cash controls Afzal momentarily but Afzal frees himself.

Cash is striking but Afzal is not phased and passes to half guard.

Afzal is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Cash defends it well.
Cash is doing well to control the position and prevent Afzal from advancing to side control.

Afzal is taking a breather. Cash says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Afzal works his foot free and advances to mount.

Cash tries to improve his position but Afzal has taken his back! Afzal has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Cash tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Afzal pushes Cash away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
