The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, Jack Bonds and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Card wants to clinch.
Guerrero avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Card throws an overhand right that lands on Guerrero's shoulder, as Guerrero tries to avoid the shot.
A punch combination from Guerrero misses.
Guerrero slips under a jab.
Card is looking to clinch.
Guerrero appears to be looking for a counter takedown.
Card tries a head kick but it misses.
Guerrero dives in for a single leg takedown but Card sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Jason Card seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Card doesn't manage to clinch there - Guerrero circles away.
Card has closed the distance and engaged Guerrero in a clinch.
Guerrero has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by Card after a bit of a struggle.
Guerrero drags the fight down to the ground.
Card wants to get up but he can't break Guerrero's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Guerrero has butterfly guard. He's looking to stand up here. He pushes Card off him and springs to his feet nicely. The crowd applauds.
Card tries to close the distance and clinch but Guerrero swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Guerrero tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Card manages to circle out of the way.

Guerrero shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Card sprawls well. Card wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Guerrero gets slowly back to his feet.
Card shapes to counter with a head kick.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Larry Guerrero. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Card tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Card closes the distance and pushes Guerrero back into the cage.

Card drops Guerrero with a big knee straight up the middle! Guerrero is covering up against the cage but manages to escape and gets back to his feet!
Guerrero is rocked!
Guerrero is breathing heavily.
Card darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Guerrero's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Card before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
