Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Doc Dykstra (ranked 104 p4p, 12 weight class) and Giacomo Benvenuti (ranked 187 p4p, 24 weight class). Benvenuti has chosen Pantera - Goddamn Electric as his entrance music. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dykstra lands a high kick!

Benvenuti lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, Benvenuti creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

Dykstra feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Benvenutis jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Dykstra lands a big uppercut and Benvenuti crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Benvenuti looks OK. Dykstra waves Benvenuti back to his feet!

Benvenuti is rocked!

That has opened up Giacomo Benvenuti's cut even more.

Both fighters circling slowly here as the pace drops. Hopefully one of them does someth.. OOOHHHH!!!! Dykstra throws an absolute beast of a head kick! Benvenuti is done! He's out cold, twisted and contorted up against the cage! Wow!

A relieved looking Doc Dykstra thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
