The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Niklas clinches up with Vick and pushes him back against the cage.
With the fighters clinched against the cage, Niklas creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.
Niklas lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Vick can't break the clinch.
Vick has had enough of the clinch but Niklas keeps him there for the moment.

Vick breaks the clinch.
Vick misses with a hook.
Lester Vick seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Niklas keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

Niklas moves into the clinch.
Niklas lands a nice uppercut.
A nice right hand lands inside from Niklas.

Niklas breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Vick misses with a right hand
and Vick takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Vick connects with a crisp jab.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Vick throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Vick misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Niklas.
Niklas throws out a counter right but Vick avoids it with no problem.

Niklas clinches up with Vick and pushes him back against the cage.
Vick wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.

Niklas breaks the clinch.

Niklas gets in close and instigates a clinch.
A nice left hand lands by Niklas.

Vick is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Niklas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vick rushes in with a sloppy looking punch
letting Niklas counter with a right hand.
Vick misses with a looping right.
Niklas steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Vick.
Niklas blocks a jab.
Vick seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

Niklas gets a clinch.
Vick is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Niklas slowing the pace effectively.

Niklas escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Vick misses with a looping left.
Niklas let fly with a counter punch to the body but it didn't land.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Niklas lands with a short punch from the clinch.
Niklas lands with a right to the head.
Niklas lands a right hand that snaps the head of Vick backwards.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Niklas throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Vicks head.

Vick is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Niklas throws a big uppercut that drops Vick! More strikes from Niklas and the referee jumps in to stop the fight! Vick lies dazed against the cage as Niklas celebrates with his cornermen!
