Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Milo Coffey (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dace Javis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Javis has chosen Highwayman as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Javis throws a jab but it's blocked by Coffey.
Javis motions for Coffey to come forward. Javis throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Coffey shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Javis is looking to improve his position but Coffey isn't that keen on the idea.
Javis regains half guard.
Javis slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Javis has his feet on Coffey's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Javis.
Javis throws a head kick but Coffey moves out of range.
Javis connects with a solid leg kick.
Javis fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Coffey checks it well.
Javis throws a push kick but Coffey slaps the foot to one side.
Javis throws a right and a left that both miss.
Coffey wants to clinch up but Javis keeps it at a distance.
Javis slips under a jab from Coffey.
Javis swings for the body but Coffey moves out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Coffey 's head but he takes it in his stride.

It looks like Milo Coffey has been cut.

That's one minute gone in the round.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Coffey crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Javis - the referee stops the clock and Coffey gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Javis. Coffey manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Coffey is breathing heavily.
Coffey closes this distance looking for a takedown but Javis circles away.
Javis scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Javis stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Javis closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Javis throws a nice inside leg kick.
Coffey takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Nice uppercut lands for Javis. That snapped Coffey's head back.

Dace Javis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
